I am ABC, a customer. I had visited your store to buy a refrigerator. It was 2 days back. I am writing to express my utter disappointment regarding the offensive behavior of your staff. |
I wanted to replace my old refrigerator. I visited your establishment for the purchase. When I reached the store only the guard was there. The reason was the staff was chit-chatting in one corner. No one approached and then, after 20 minutes, the salesmen walked in. He was either talking on his phone or texting never pay attention to my queries. He was not interested in selling. I complained this to the manager, who hurled abuse at me and talked in a loud rude manner. Other staff was laughing at this. It was a humiliating experience. |
I regret to have been there and shall never be there. I suppose you shall take stringent steps for there work. In fact, the staff should apologize and also suspended. |
