Dear ABC, |
Greetings. This is XYZ. I'm penning this to apologi and to make a humble enquiry regarding the appropriate time when I can return the book that I had borrowed. |
It was in January that you had referred the book, "The Fundamental of Economy" - by Arthur Higgins. As there were less copies of this in the library you had permitted and lent me your copy. I'm extremely grateful for the book. It is the most appropriate resource for a novice. The best to make notes because the language is lucid and the strategies are easy to understand. The book has enlighten me on the foundations of the subject. I was quite confused as I had missed a few classes initially. Thankfully, this book has bridged the learning gaps. |
I sincerely apologize for not returning the book. However, I had to rush to my hometown and was there for a fortnight. My grandfather had sudden cardiac issues and had to undergo a bypass surgery in an emergency. Therefore, it was mandatory for me to be by his side. I urge you empathize with my circumstances. Please, do tell me a good time to come and return the book; and meet you in person? |
Awaiting for your reply. |
Warm Regards, XYZ |
