I have been a loyal customer of your website and have made quite a few purchases over the years. I am writing to complain regarding the mobile phone that I bought from your online store on 12th November. |
I have purchased the model - Samsung Galaxy Note 2. The model promised several functions such as expandable memory, autofocus, fingerprint scanner and wireless charging. I was quite glad to buy it, however, when the handset arrived, there are some issues I am facing. To begin with, the wireless charging is not working. I have to use the charger each time. Also, the fingerprint scanner, which is an in-built feature is not available and the function requests "install". To cap it all, the camera does not perform up to the mark because the autofocus does not give results. |
I pursue how cheated and disappointed I would be feeling. I am utterly dissatisfied and so I demand that either you should refund in full or send me a new headset. |
