Hello! I'm writing to you with regards to the complaints about the reception area. Over the past three months, there have been complaints pouring in almost every day and as asked, I am here to share my opinion to remedy the situation. |
The most complaint have been, the area is always crowded and another one is lack of reception saff. To add to this most common complain about inadequate sitting arrangements and improper replies from our receptionist. Though, we have a huge area-overcrowding and answering many at a time can create chaos. This may leave a bad taste with the guests. Reception is the epicenter of our business. |
We must differentiate the welcome desk for the hotel, restaurants and cafe to reduce overcrowding. Separate sofa sets must be kept near each enquiry counter. Map displays on the television must be displayed in the reception area. |
